HAWGS N HAY BIKER RALLY 2008 VENDOR APPLICATION

 Welcome to the Hawgs N Hay biker rally and thanks for participating in
one of the largest bike rally’s in the north west.

 
  • Vendors are responsible for removing any and all trash and cleanup of the area used.
  • Vendors are required to pay a refundable $100.00 deposit for cleanup and damage.
All food vendors are subject to health inspections by Linn County Health Department, Vendors are responsible for contacting Linn County Health Department for the proper permits, and current food handler’s card. Call Linn County Health Department for more info: 800-304-7468.  Vendors are subject to all fees required for permits in Linn County. All food and tattoo vendors are required to show proof of insurance showing T & A Duncan Enterprises LLC,  Lebanon community foundation  named as additional insured
 

Applications and all Health licenses, proof of Insurance and certificates must be submitted by
June 30th 2008 with the payment of all fees.

 

Vendors can set up Thursday July 17th, and no later than 7:00am on Friday the 18th 2008 and ready for business by 8:00am Friday the 18th 2008 All Food vendors must show proof of health License and all vendors must have Liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000 one Million liability.

 

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • No drug paraphernalia to be displayed or sold
  • No firearms
  • No vendor shall sell alcohol other than promoter authorized and licensed vendor
  • No selling of anything illegal
  • No subletting of spaces, all vendors will go through T & A Duncan Enterprises Hawg’s N Hay Biker Rally.
  • No pets
  • All Employees must be 21 or older
 

  Fees

 Fees are not based on size of booths but you do need to state what size area you will need, not to include motor homes, campers, and tents vendors will have a separate camping area close to your booths. Vendors will pay 65.00 fee for each person attending and working for vendor, amount of employees must be listed in this application. Vendors are required to pay a refundable $100.00 deposit for cleanup and damage. Vendors must pay by the terms and deadlines below.

No refunds are allowed after June 1st, 2008 – no exceptions.

 Payment

 Method of Payment by check or money order due by June 20th, 2008 Checks must be payable to T & A Duncan Enterprises. Please make a separate check for the $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit
 

 Hold Harmless

 Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hawg’s N Hay Biker Rally committee, T & A Duncan Enterprises, LLC, the Lebanon community Foundation, it’s officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, causes of action and suits occurring or resulting from any damage, injury or less to any person or persons including but not limited to loss of property, goods, wares or merchandise, caused by or arising out of, or any way connected with the exercise by the vendor of the privileges herein granted.
 

 Liability and Security

 The Hawg’s N Hay committee and it’s directors and staff will not be held responsible of losses of any kind, whether by fire, theft, physical violence, elements of nature or any other cause, however originating. The rally will provide minimum security for the three-day event. Participants are responsible for their own merchandise and equipment; it’s protection and insurance.
